The Experience: The ceremony itself includes a safe atmosphere with your intention, warm ceremonial cacao or tea, time to share your heart, and cocoon-like wrapping of the body to support your needs and intention. All of this with your breath and comfort level. The closure of your ceremony will be the unfurling of your chrysalis, awakening to the newness of the world, with time to process, nurture and share, if desired.
